Timothy Myres was elected as Executive Board Member for the Gary area in July 2010.

Tim was born October 27, 1959 in Knox, Indiana, where he attended LaPorte High School. 

Tim became a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local No. 20 in September 1981, serving his apprenticeship from August 1981 to May 1985.  He became a Journeyman in 1985.  Tim received a BA in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Purdue University, and has a BA in Labor Safety and Health from the National Labor College.

Tim looks forward to serving the Members of Local 20 as Executive Board Member.
