Mark R. Riley, Trustee, was born on December 14, 1952 in Evansville , Indiana .  He graduated from Wood Memorial High School , and received his Welding Technical Degree from Oakland City College.

Mark became a member of Sheet Metal Workers in 1977, serving his Apprenticeship from October 1977 through October 1981.  Mark is currently the Vice President of the Central Labor Council since 2007.  He has been a Labor Temple Trustee since 2005, and AWS Certified Welding Inspector since 2001.  He was an Apprentice Instructor for three years, from 1996 through 1998, and Welding Instructor from 1999 to 2004.  Mark was part of the 1982 Negotiating team, and was Election Judge for six elections.  He has been actively involved in the Labor Day Association as Vice President in 1990, and Recording Secretary from 1993 to 1994.

Mark enjoys motorcycling in his free time.
