Scott E. Fisher, Trustee, was born September 19, 1961. He and his wife Stephanie were married on August 10, 1985. They have one daughter, Mary Irene. Scott attended Indiana State University.      Scott became a Pre-Apprentice in October of 1983. He later served an apprenticeship from July 1984 through July 8, 1988. He then became a Journeyman. Scott was a Judge of the Terre Haute Area for Local Union No. 20 Elections in 1992 and 1995. He served on the Contract Steering Committee in 1994 and 1997 for the Terre Haute Area Agreement.
